  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before starting a project.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store payment details.
  • Any additional costs due to project changes will be discussed and invoiced accordingly.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Money-Back Guarantee is applicable if work has not started.
  • Refunds are not available for completed projects or delivered digital assets.
  • If a cancellation occurs mid-project, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.

  • We aim to provide an initial concept within 24 hours for most projects.
  • The final delivery timeframe varies based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
  • Delays due to incomplete client information, revisions, or third-party integrations are not our responsibility.

  • All projects include a set number of free revisions, as outlined in the package details.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
  • Clients must provide timely feedback and required information to avoid delays.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of the final website design and content.
  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients must ensure they have legal rights to any content, images, or materials provided for their website.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee an increase in sales, traffic, or SEO rankings as a result of using our services.

Any third-party service integrations (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, payment gateways) are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make payments.

Upon termination, any unpaid fees remain due, and project files may not be released.
